Kimberley A Koziel, owner and manager of VVRA, has over 17 years experience in information technology.   She is diverse technology professional with expertise in workstation and server support, networking, database design, web and graphic design, instruction, and personnel management in multi-vendor, multi-OS environments. Her knowledge includes high-end NOS and wide range of computer hardware and software, firewalls, VPN solutions, and LAN/WAN internetworking. Her education includes two degrees from the University of Oklahoma - Masters of Human Relations (MHR) and Bachelors of Geography (BA).  She also holds many industry certifications, including MCSE, MCP, MCP+I (retired), MCT (expired), CompTIA A+, Net+, and Security+.  Her good judgment, dedication, and reputation for high integrity are the hallmarks of VVRA.

John F. Lobsinger, Jr is the Senior Network Engineer at VVRA.  John has over 19 years experience in the IT industry.  He is an serious IT security professional with in-depth knowledge in all facets of networking, high-end server hardware, and a love of Linux. His knowledge includes Cisco IOS, security analysis, data recovery, SANs, VMWare, Exchange, and LAN/WAN inter-networking. John's general skills consist of design, implementation, project management, troubleshooting, instruction, repair, first-rate customer service, and an incredible ability to cut through level one technical support.  John's education includes a degree in Physics Engineering (BS) from the University of Central Oklahoma.  John's certifications include: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (Expired), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE); Microsoft Certified Professional: Exchange 5.5, SMS 1.0, Windows 2000: Professional, Server, Security, Network Infrastructure, Directory Services Design, Directory Services Implementation and Administration, Certified Novell Engineer 3.0 - 5.0, Certified Novell Administrator; HP Accredited Systems Engineer: ProLiant/Window 2000, ProLiant + StorageWorks, HP Master Accredited Systems Engineer:Messaging and Collaboration; CompTIA Server+, Security+, Linux +, and Astaro ACE.
